Dr. Turer is a licensed clinical psychologist in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Tampa General Hospital from 2010 to 2011, specializing in burn injury, acute trauma, and rehabilitation psychology.

Dr. Turer earned her Master’s Degree & Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2010, following her undergraduate studies at Boston University, where she graduated in 2003 with her BA in Psychology.
